People don’t leave companies. They leave bad managers. That’s it. That’s the post. No, that’s actually not the whole post.I actually haven’t left a job because of a bad manager. Below are the main reasons why I left each of my previous jobs:✅ Walmart: Way too small town for me. There were good people, but I felt like Walmart dominated everything. I would ran into my boss at the grocery store. I ran into my cube mate at a Walmart. You were supposed to be careful what you say about Walmart in a public place like a restaurant, because they’re were probably Walmart people around.✅ Ford: A lot of really good people, like Adam DeJans Jr. had left and it just became stale for me. ✅ NBCUniversal: PayI have been fortunate to have mostly good bosses throughout my career. My current boss is also awesome! And that’s not just me sucking up in case he sees this 😅What are the reasons why you have changed jobs in the past? This Valentine's Day all we want is... STOP advertising jobs titled 'National Account Manager- Amazon'Amazon is one of the most intricate platforms on the planet and more and more we are seeing jobs advertised with this title. These roles aren't just about managing national accounts; it was about crafting a comprehensive Amazon strategy, managing content, overseeing advertising, and so much more. It's a testament to the unique blend of strategic foresight, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of Amazon's complex algorithms required for such a role.Managing Amazon is not your typical account management job; it's a specialised field that demands specific skills and expertise. So, this Valentine's, let's spread the love for more accurate and reflective job titles. #ValentinesDay #JobTitles #Amazon #Recruitment #ClarityIsKey

Just wanted to share that there is another product manager opening at Walmart. I have nothing to do with this role, but still wanted to get this posted before the weekend. Don’t wait until Monday! Send your resume over asap. Speed to lead is everything in this market. I hear so many product managers complain that the market is bad, but things have never looked better I just released a YouTube video earlier this week from one of my members talking about how he scored 16 to 25+ product manager interviews a week with LinkedIn DMs. You can ping me for a resume review, if yiu want an opinion. Always here to help. #productmanagement #LeaveNoProductManagerBehind
