  @Ask_Spectrum When I called I was told nothing can be done, no prorated billing on canceled accounts. What? I never agreed to that! I was told that it is on the bill, yeah the bill that is paperless and for which I autopay. Then, I tried to get the service re-activated if I have to pay for it.

  @GetSpectrum I’ve called twice now to get spectrumTV taken off my account (after you threw it on as a “free trial”) and I am still getting billed. Please do something other than giving me the customer service number that has already failed me twice
