If you work from home, avoid using @Ask_Spectrum if you can. The Internet drops multiple time every hour. They have no real solution except to send a refresh signal. I miss @Xfinity please find a way to provide service to my area.

@GetSpectrum Spectrum customers. Just a reminder - if canceling service do so BEFORE a new month starts. Apparently there are no longer prorated fees, it's a 'monthly' service/fee. This has been a public service announcement. 😁

@GetSpectrum literally the worst customer service experience. My bill is ridiculous high and every time I call to get it lowered there response is lower your service. Yet new customers can come in either the same service for $100 less.

Not only are they sayin’ they want to drop CornCob TV, but apparently @GetSpectrum also doesn’t want us to release an episode on time, as evidenced by the internet outage in LA right now. Given they figure it out, we’ll have a preview of the Irish and Noles out on Wednesday.

@Ask_Spectrum When I called I was told nothing can be done, no prorated billing on canceled accounts. What? I never agreed to that! I was told that it is on the bill, yeah the bill that is paperless and for which I autopay. Then, I tried to get the service re-activated if I have to pay for it.

@GetSpectrum I’ve called twice now to get spectrumTV taken off my account (after you threw it on as a “free trial”) and I am still getting billed. Please do something other than giving me the customer service number that has already failed me twice
