Excellent supply and very helpful employees. Store is very clean and well kept. Everything you need and more. Ever need a really large tarp, they've got them and for quite a reasonable price!

Came to buy compressed air spray for cleaning pc. The gentleman was SOO friendly!

Mike at Buena Park location did a great job and was very helpful . Went in to buy a transmission jack that they were out of stock on. But he took the time to go check and found an open box one that I bought since he took the time to exsplain to me . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hard to come by these days . Keep up the good work mike . Been coming here for years. Everyone always says don't buy there electric tools cause they don't last. Well I haven't had one electric tool I've bought not get warranty offered to me for it, and I always get the warranty which isn't much. And if the tool breaks or doesn't work how it's supposed to within that warranty, they replace the tool for you on the spot, don't even need a receipt, everything is stored under your phone number. I have turned a few things in under warranty, and I've always gotten a brand new tool for it.

So far so good! Most items I have purchased have held up well, considering the price for stronger brands. They are good about honoring returns or exchanges, which is a huge plus if something is defective or doesn't perform as intended. Overall, Harbor Freight is my go to before sourcing elsewhere.

I like Harbor Freight generally they are the best prices in town and I do have a lot of nice gadgets ever needed. The membership to their Rewards program is kind of deceiving you really don't get that big of a discount and the sale price is marked a little bit off but generally the store is pretty cool

Always friendly and helpful. Screaming deals on tools and equipment. Prefer them more times than none compared to home depot or lowes. Return policy is easy. Always willing to ensure customer leaves satisfied with service received.
